Rima Hamzat transformed her house into a guesthouse, where she offers traditional Jordanian cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located amidst the Jordan Trail, she decided to introduce foreigners to Jordanian customs, traditions, and local cuisine. Known for her hospitality and delicious food cooked over an open fire in front of the guests, her guesthouse became widely known, attracting both Arab and foreign customers. Visitors can join Rima in cooking and learn how to cook over an open fire. Rima deeply loves her project and hopes for its growth, aiming to assist more women in the local community and provide job opportunities for unemployed youth. Her aspiration is for her project to become globally renowned.
