Her focus is on creating employment opportunities for local women in the community while utilising natural resources to promote positive societal change and maintain an environmentally safe atmosphere. Saham's aspirations extend beyond her immediate project. She seeks to portray a positive image of the tourist site both locally and internationally, aiming to elevate its profile in the global tourism sector. Seham also hopes to encourage more women to pursue careers in the tourism industry and attract a diverse array of tourists from around the world to visit the site and learn about its rich cultural heritage.
