Ferial Al-Kofahi
Ferial Al-Kofahi has attracted both locals and tourists eager to savour authentic Jordanian traditional dishes served in her kitchen. Her culinary journey began in 1993 at her home in Irbid Governorate, where she responded to the growing demand for her meals. Since her childhood, Ferial has held a deep passion for healthy traditional dishes, inspired by her grandmother who lived to be 114 years old without suffering from any chronic illnesses due to her consumption of such meals. Dressed in traditional Jordanian attire, adorned with hand-embroidered "sharsh," Ferial welcomes visitors into her kitchen, where she shares her culinary expertise. Ferial drew strength from her family and persevered in pursuing her dream. Through her dedication, she not only established her culinary reputation but also empowered her children to pursue higher education, with degrees ranging from medicine to engineering.
