Specialising in the time-honoured art of Taboun bread-making, Odai's bakery quickly gained popularity, drawing in locals and tourists alike with its enticing aroma and delicious offerings. As the business grew, Odai saw an opportunity to not only showcase Jordanian cuisine but also to create a unique and immersive experience for his guests. By involving foreigners in the bread-making process and introducing them to traditional Jordanian dances like Dabkeh, he transformed his bakery into a vibrant hub of cultural exchange and entertainment.
