Njoud Khreisat
Njoud Khreisat, the owner of City Balcony, was inspired to start the project with the aim of contributing to the restoration of abandoned heritage buildings and creating job opportunities for the local community. The project offers a traditional culinary experience, complemented by explanations about the heritage buildings and their construction. Based on a collection of old stone heritage buildings aged between 150 to 200 years, it forms a heritage village that narrates the story of the locals who contributed to these buildings, including the cave used for storing agricultural products. Njoud aspires to include numerous community tourism experiences that benefit the local community and enhance the tourist experience by interacting with them, reflecting the authentic identity, customs, and traditions of the place.
