Raed Al-Badri, the visionary behind Arabesque Ceramics and Pottery, traces his inspiration back to his days as a tour guide in 1992. Leading groups of visitors to souvenir shops, he identified a gap in the availability of authentic Jordanian products. Driven by his passion for heritage and art, Raed envisioned a space where Jordanian craftsmanship could flourish. Thus, Arabesque was born, a sanctuary where tradition harmonises with innovation, catering to both locals and tourists alike. In recognition of his unwavering dedication and exceptional talent, Raed earned the esteemed World Craft Council Award of Excellence for Handicrafts in 2014, a testament to Arabesque's status of excellence in the realm of artisanal craftsmanship.
