Tamam Jadallah founded the Durzi tourist experience in 2009, establishing the first home to offer Durzi food. Through her project, Tamam offers a distinctive culinary experience in her Durzi kitchen, where visitors can immerse themselves in traditional Durzi culinary techniques, participate in hands-on cooking sessions, and savor delicious, locally-sourced ingredients. She is dedicated to promoting the traditional culture and cuisine of her community while creating job opportunities for women. Her dream is to expand her project sufficiently to employ a full female staff from her local community.
